We have used Pride Pools for maintenance, repair work, and general advice on our above ground pool for many years. As a military family it’s been extremely challenging to manage our home as a rental from long distances. The pool has consistently been neglected by tenants and in need of service. Pride has always taken excellent care of us– being prompt in their responses to email and phone calls, coordinating with our tenants and property manager, and keeping us updated on the status of the work. They are very good at troubleshooting and problem solving, even when we are trying to figure things out from thousands of miles away! Their prices are fair and they’ve probably saved us thousands of dollars over the years with their expert advice.
