A word of warning. We used Roofing Experts to fix a leaky roof. They charged a good deal of money and recommended a sealant that looked good in my research. One thing that sold us on the company was they implied there was a 50 year warranty. I asked if they had checked all the flashing & was told they did. As they were leaving I asked what I should do if the roof leaked. «Just call us we’ll be right out». That was last September.
Well I noticed a leak in the same area & called before Thanksgiving. Knowing there was no rain predicted, I told them not to worry about coming out until after the holiday weekend. Little did I know that after multiple phone calls & 2 days waiting for them to show up for 2 scheduled appointments that I would have to hire another company to come and fix a leak I had already paid Expert Roofing to do. I highly recommend avoiding this company. They do not stand behind their word.
