Acworth, GA
Been to many ball parks and this one is easy. Easy access, parking is free, admission cheap. Because the team is class A, they make some mistakes and keep the games entertaining. All concessions are good and affordable. Family friendly atmosphere. Don’t worry about the Savannah heat. Large ceiling fans over the covered stands keep the patrons cool. Definitely worth the time.

What a fun place to go to watch a good olé American game of Ball. Beers a little pricey, but whatever. I just enjoyed the evening watching a few rounds.
I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve been to a bunch of Sand Gnats game in only like 3 months of living here. It gets 5 stars cause its cheap, easy to get to and they have a party deck for 21 and older people. I’ve been to a few games by myself. There’s a few places to get autographs, I have had NO problem getting autographs from away players (Hint: Look for the bus and hang out there) but Sand Gnats players drive to the park so its harder to get them. For the ladies, you can talk to the players and probably hang out with that and try to hit it rich like Kim Kardashian.

My bro is obsessed with a Double A baseball team. Yup, it’s true and he’s not ashamed of it either. He LOVES the Sand Gnats. When we visited him in Savannah, his #1 priority was making sure we got to see a Sand Gnats game before leaving.
The first attempt at going was unsuccessful due to a rained out game. Boooo, but obviously not their fault. We were able to go the day that we planned on leaving which was a Sunday. We had an absolute blast! The seats are great and very close to the action. I loved how they had make your own snow cones and you could get all different flavors. I am childish in my dessert desires and snow cones on a hot, summer Georgia day really hit the spot. I hope I get the chance to go to a Sand Gnats game cause we had a blast!

This was our first Double A ball game, I was surprised by the quality of play and the friendlies of the fans. The concessions actually had a lot of variety to and unique foods. It was a beautiful experience to enjoy the warm weather and charm of the South at this game, comparing it to a later game we attended in Lansing the Gnats were a way better experience!
