I am not sure about those other reviews related to the other Sekka location. However after returning to Savannah from Latin America for a period I sought out this location for my bicycle needs. I was pleased with the costumer service. The owner and his companion went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. It appeared to me that they were making a wholehearted effort to do a good job. I appreciated that and had a good experience. I would be willing to return to this location again one day for my bike needs.
My only con would be the store layout. I was unaware of which parts of the shop were out of bounds to customers. Shop layout could use some tweaking.
