I really loved this hotel for the price. It is clean, good size and we really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and pool were great, breakfast was very good. I really recommend it.

I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if I had left not having breakfast the next morning. The stay was fantastic. I had no problems with the cell(AT&T) signal or the wifi connection. The room has a flat screen TV which is probably the first model of a flat screen TV. Not a complaint but just an observation. Such a spacious room for the price that I had paid was a steal. Had a good night sleep. The experience goes down hill from here. The breakfast was served between 6:30 to 9:00AM. We were down there by 8:15AM. One would come to expect that the breakfast spread is considered closed after 9:00AM. To our shocking surprise, the lady who was in charge of the breakfast started clearing out the spread at 8:30AM !! And everything became on need basis from then on. The manager was present and sauntered around like it was normal. Clearly distasteful. Bottom line: Good hotel with clean rooms BUT please have your breakfast elsewhere.

Not sure why this hotel gets so much hate on Unilocal. We stayed here on a road trip and thought it was great: clean, comfortable, and we got it for an extremely reasonable price. The staff was very nice and friendly when we checked in, and in the afternoon they have fresh baked cookies in the lobby area. Springhill is right off Airways avenue in a huge complex with lots of other hotels/suites chains, but it’s more towards the back so it’s a little quieter than the ones right off the road. Our room was large, if a bit oddly shaped, with a separate living room and bedroom area. There was also a small wetbar with a fridge and microwave, which was convenient and nice to have during our stay. The living room is awkwardly shaped and it can be difficult to watch TV in because there’s just not much space and the TV is at a weird angle. I concur with the other Unilocalers than the A/C is super strong in this hotel — we kept having to turn it up otherwise we were freezing! The hotel’s facilities are also great: there’s free wifi, an indoor pool, an exercise room, and even a nice patio at the back of the hotel for socializing or enjoying a meal. The lobby features a large room with a big TV and computers for guest use. Breakfast was filling and pretty standard: eggs, sausage, cereals and oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pastries and bagels. The breakfast room gets pretty crowded at peak times so I’d suggest eating earlier rather than later. A really nice place to stay: convenient, quiet, and spacious. I’d highly recommend this Springhill!

Standard fare for an airport hotel. Clean, simple, tidy. The rooms are a little cramped with the amount of furniture in them — king bed, low dresser with TV on it, sofa, armchair, coffee table, desk & swivel chair… the sitting area is easily rearranged to make a little more room. The free breakfast is pretty good — hot eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cold cereal and lots of coffee and fruit. There is also free wifi on the lobby and rooms. There are 3 — yes, 3 — pieces of equipment in the«exercise room». Two treadmills and an elliptical. I did see that they offer passes to a local Y though for a more, robust workout. There is a pool but it is also quite small along with a little hot tub. I would certainly stay here again. The staff have been very helpful and friendly — especially in the midst of an epic ice storm that hit while I was here.

Hotel looked inviting. Except for the fact I had no cell service in my room and when I was laying in bed I noticed the tv was splitting in the bed and living room which was very awkward to watch tv. Not to mention my room had little ant flies flying around… Gross. This is why I give 1 star.

Springhill Suites are usually not bad, but this one was not so hot. The room had no towels. Then we found it had no sheets for the sofa bed. Oh, and the Internet didn’t work either.

I stayed here for Target Interviews… but I must say it was the worst nights sleep i’ve ever had. I’ve traveled everywhere and been able to fall asleep right when I laid in their magical beds. For some reason their beds are hard… and there was a light beaming into the room the WHOLE night so i wasn’t able to get any sleep. The TV is situated in the middle of the room… half way between the bed… and halfway near the living room… and the tv doesn’t even rotate… ugh! The perks are they definitely have FREEWIFI… yahhhh big plus. that accomodates for one of the stars I gave them… and they have complimentary breakfast and warm cookies :). There’s also no hassles with parking. Its a nice, large, free lot! Overall I would hope to never have to sleep at a SpringHill Suites Hotel because i must say I was extremely tired for my interviews the next day!!!
