My long time dear friend recently had a beautiful destination wedding held in Savannah at Forsyth Park. Being from Washington DC, she had to rely heavily upon the local wedding planner she had hired. Unfortunately, during the course of planning my friend’s wedding, the wedding planner proved to be less than honest and helpful. Due to deposits that were already made she was forced to continue to work with this particular wedding planner. However, my friend decided to take some matters into her own hands to minimize her dealings with the less than honest wedding planner, which among other things included making arrangements for her bridal bouquet and the boutonnières for the groom and other members of the wedding party.
I assisted my friend by researching different local florist options in Savannah and that is when I discovered The Blooming Idiot Florist design studio. We worked directly with David who is extremely personable, yet professional, and very customer service focused. He made it super easy for us by making helpful suggestions and by accommodating every request throughout our transaction. David was particularly responsive to the bride’s very specific requests to having her favorite flower (daisies) along with navy blue flowers incorporated in the design of her bridal bouquet and the boutonnières. Ultimately, every piece turned out beautifully and exactly how the bride had envisioned. Thanks to David and the team at The Blooming Idiot Florist design studio, the bride was extremely happy with her bridal bouquet and the boutonnières she ordered for her very special day.

They understood that the bride was obligated to go with another florist for the reception based on deposits that were already made with the wedding planner, but they were still very accommodating despite our small order request and fulfilled the order exactly how the bride had imagined.
