Went to this home depot today(black friday 2015) to get an air compressor for my husband Christmas gift. Randy helped me get a cart and load it on, even put back the first one I load in a cart for me. At check out Andrea was the best. She joked around for a minute with me which made me smile, then she held the compressor for me as I want to get my truck, while I got the truck she found some to help me load it. Which I thought this girl just went out of her way for me and she didn’t need to on black Friday. I thought wow! Wonderful service and on black Friday a super busy day for retailor.

I always go to Home Depot, although I am beginning to shop at lowes because of this location. I brought my lawn mower in to get a quote to fix it. When they called back, they told me that it would cost $ 230 to fix the lawn mower. I told them no because I can just buy a new one for that much. When I picked up the lawn mower, they charged me $ 25 for the quote, plus $ 89 to fix the lawn mower. They have a hidden clause that states that they will fix the first $ 100 on the mower regardless of if you want it done or not. There is no point in paying $ 25 to get a quote when they are going to get $ 100 out of you anyway. What a corporate scam. And what terrible management for being so rude.

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. You have to actively seek out someone to help you. We bought a custom storm door from here which took a month to make and a month to install. When it finally showed up, it was the wrong door. Completely different color and size. The contractor was nice about it and came back with the correct one 2 weeks later. We also got a quote for gutters here and decided to get a second opinion from a local company to compare… the other company installed them the next day for $ 700 less than Home Depot quoted

Sorry — meant to review Victory Drive(refuse to go back to Abercorn after only one visit). Abercorn makes Victory look good. OK if you need one thing and know where it is. Horrible otherwise. The staff is unavailable, unknowlegeable(save 1 in gardening and 1 in tools), and totally uncaring. While working on a larger project, we decided to go to Guerry Lumber regardless of the cost(about the same and Great service). Contractor desk was a nightmare with which to work. Also prefer Maycrest Hardware though farther drive.

Very good customer service. Clean and very efficient check out lanes. Nice. This Home Depot I have returned to several times and will be back again.
