Horrible customer service. In house and online. Rude people and incompetent bankers who can’t even correct an access issue. In use to be a banker and we were trained to think. Not say, I have to ask my manager or I do t k who how to do that or you will have have to come in. What? Don’t people know how to do their job anymore? We are switching all of our accounts to Bank of America

A bank is like love you only get out of it what you put in & it takes time to build up credit in it. This place can be as slow as snails sometimes and other times as fast as rocket. Overall a great place to bank !
