Terrible service. I have taken my mowers there multiple times. Why did I go back? My riding mower wasn’t fixed correctly the first few times. After the first two times I took it back, I had to argue with the staff over how I was using the mower. Was I «starting it correctly?» Or, did I «power it down properly?» Yes, I’m pretty skilled in the art of grass-cutting, machine on/off technology. I’ll be looking for a new business to service my machines this summer.

I bought a new Dixon Mower in their store in the fall of 2012. The mower continues to not cut a 8″ strip on the right side. I called Awesome today and talked with Mike. Told him the situation and he said it is due to the grass being too wet. I told him it happens every time. He said once again it is due to the wet grass. He was also talking with someone else while we where on the phone. I then asked him if I could get it serviced. He said they are 7 – 10 days out. I asked when I could make an appointment. He said they don’t do appointments and I would just have to leave it and they would get to it when they can. I told Mike that we are mowing every three days now and I would need them to do the work in between mowings. Mike said well that’s our policy. He then continued to talk with others so I told him he must be busy and I would call another time and he said that would be fine. So now I need to find someone to service my mower.
