Corvette Central

I have to agree with prior review. HORRIBLE customer service! Stay away from these people, there are plenty of other Corvette suppliers than give you WAY BETTER service for the same price and cheaper. I recently ordered a set of clear floor mat covers from them, to place over the top of my existing floor mats. nothing super hard or complicated to get. After two weeks of no response or delivery from Corvette Central, I emailed them and received an immediate response. This was on a Tuesday, their email stated I can expect a shipping confirmation on the same Friday of that week. I waited until Wednesday of the following week to contact them again, after no confirmation or mats. Nancy, the Customer Service person was very direct… infact so direct, so was annoyed at the fact that I didn’t know that they were back ordered and not on their shelf when I ordered them??? Confused? I was too. how would I know they weren’t in stock. I have know way of obtaining that info. they would have to be the one to provide it to me. then proceeded to tell me that I did receive information about the backorder and that my Friday shipping info was only a guesstimate and it clearly states that as well. Ummmmm no it didn’t. Then cut me off twice as I was trying to explain the email I did receive from them. When I apologized for my phone call and promised they will never get another one from me again, because I wasn’t going to put up with unprofessional service or behavior, and there’s Companies who would gladly except my business, she stated. That’s right! It’s now 4 weeks today since ordering, and still no mats. these guys are NOT worth the frustration or aggregation.

Worst service I have ever had to deal with. As hard as I tried there was no communication on their end.
