Clips&Cuddles

Compassionate and patient. I recommend this establishment with high praise.
After a horrible nail-​clipping experience at the veterinarian, I took my puppy, Chloe, to Clips and Cuddles. Chloe was terrified of getting her nails clipped and would cry like she was being tortured.
Andrea suggested we work through this, having Chloe come in once a week for what was, essentially, «nail-​clipping therapy». Andrea would get Chloe up on the table and let her work through her anxiety until she could relax a bit. Then she would clip the nails on just one paw. This was followed by praise and affection. These sessions would initially last about 10 – 15 minutes and I was not charged for them (though I did insist on paying since she was taking so much time with my pup).
After about a month of working on one paw per visit, Andrea had gained Chloe’s trust and my pup no longer puts up a fight or wails like a baby when getting her nails clipped. We now take both of our pups to Clips and Cuddles for all of our grooming services.

Just had my kittens nails clipped. Called ahead and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Kind and gentle to my fur baby.
