The receptionists, doctors and nurses that I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. I had pneumonia pretty badly and they were just all great, friendly and so nice to me while I was so weak. I don’t do this often, but when I’m extremely satisfied with service, I send a letter to the company and thank them. This time I did just that. They were also the only office I could find open the day before Thanksgiving, everywhere else was closed. It was so convenient and right off the highway, too! Definitely recommend this place if ever needed!

I would never recommend this place. Today is January 14th, 2016. I went in the week before Christmas displaying symptoms of what I thought was bronchitis or maybe pneumonia. I went in close to closing time and they were very busy and the employees were not happy. They suggested to go to other locations, but at the time the weather was very poor and there was a lot of traffic, so there was no point in traveling to another location if they all closed at the same time. After being called in and telling the nurse why I was there, getting my vitals checked etc. the doctor came in and had a very pleasant and funny demeanor. I thought this would be a great experience. I told him what was wrong and he listened to all my concerns. He then listened to my heart and lungs, looked in my ears and throat and deemed it to be bronchitis, told me to take a z-pack(Azithromycin) and use an inhaler and then he left the room. He was in the room for a total of maybe 45 seconds to a minute. Well here I am, just shy of a month later and I am STILLSICK. Turns out I actually have pneumonia and have had pneumonia since I first felt sick before Christmas and that his treatment did absolutely nothing. I’m sure in the early stages it is hard to determine if it could have been bronchitis or pneumonia, but he could have taken way more time to make a proper diagnosis. Sure it was closing time, but you do not sacrifice the well being of your patients so you can go home on time. I was one of the last people there as well. I understand they are probably tired from their day and need to rest, but if you have a patient, don’t neglect them. I am here a month later feeling absolutely miserable dealing with this pneumonia, finally on proper medication because I went to a decent urgent care place that took x-rays and took the proper procedures to diagnose me. I would suggest you not come to this place close to closing time or maybe at all. If you can’t get into your GP, find another urgent care place. Hopefully nobody else had an experience like mine.

NEVEREVER going here again. The two girls at the front desk were so rude. When the pharmacy called to verify the prescription written they had contacted me and started calling me a liar that I didn’t tell the doctor everything when she was t even in the room when I spoke to the DR. So rude, and they make you feel unwanted. I had went in for Suboxone maintainence program and treated me like a drug addict when I been clean for almost 2 years now. Taking suboxone is still a chemical but it keeps me away from heroin and that’s all that matters. This was my first time there and since the pharmacy called cause usually that pharmacy don’t call ever for scripts they said that I must have not told the doctor everything and immediately decided I was«not a proper candidate for the program» knowing I did nothing wrong. In NY they can look up all your narcotic Rx’s and if I did something wrong they would of seen it and asked me about it instead they kicked me out the door as fast as they could. Disgusting, how someone that needed the help is now having withdrawal symptoms and is in severe pain and sick as a dog. I wasted a whole day taking buses and walking to get there as well. If you don’t do EVERYTHING they say it’s over with. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office where your suppose to be professional and be courteous to the patients and treat everyone with the same respect. I could go on and on how horrible this place is but I’m leaving it at that. If you want to be treated like a piece of shit go here.

I had a first visit to the other facility that was further away. I went to this facility for a follow up. The service was even better. The doctor I had was wonderful. Everyone friendly and in and out timely.

Awful. Went in and listed some symptoms and was told to just go to the er. That’s supposed to be their job, but they clearly just didn’t feel like working. My symptoms were not an emergency. Before the doctor even came, the nurse or whoever was annoyed and all the other people working there were crowded in my room so they could watch news 12 on the tv in my room. Then the doctor looked and said I can’t help you without trying. ANDMYINSURANCEHASTOPAYTHEMFORTHATWHENTHEYDIDN’T DOANYTHING. She didn’t even explain why. She left things unclear and wouldn’t answer any questions. I don’t currently have a regular general doctor so I tried this to see how they were, and I’ll never go back; I’ll have to find a real g.p. for the future or if I continue to feel sick, because they’re out of the question! (I didn’t love citymd previously, but they’re still way better than here!)

Went for the first time today and it was a very pleasant experience. Very clean and comfortable waiting areas. The staff was very friendly and everything moved along quite smooth. I also liked that there was a television in the actual medical room so you are not just staring at a wall while waiting for the doc. Will definitely go back.

A great experience. My girlfriend has sliced her foot open and this was the closest urgent care center to us. Area was clean and inviting and staff was attentive and helpful. We were in and out 30 mins including filling out first time paperwork. Highly recommended if you are ever in our situation. Our nurse(didn’t catch her name) was extremely helpful and nice. We also worked with Brian who was very personable and kept us at ease in a hectic situation. Will return should an accident happen again.

A waste of a fare… I travelled all the way there on my only day off for nothing. They didn’t take my insurance so I had to leave and go to the ER. Turns out my hand was fractured. The people here couldn’t have showed less concern if they tried. It was shameful. I might as well have been walking in to ask for the weather because my health and the pain I was in was no concern of theirs.
