I am shocked at the customer service and lack of communication that was provided to me. The owner was upset with me because I was calling to receive updates on my car (that was three weeks late). I feel bad for the employees that have to work in that kind of environment. Then at the end, the owner threaten to rip up my check because he didn’t think it was «good». Needless to say I will not be using their services in the future.

If I could give a place 10 stars this would be the place. Honest, fast and great service. I know that Jim, Michael and Chris will take care of my vehicle and keep my wallet out of the red. I have been a return customs for years– and will continue to send all of my friends here! Even though the shop is way out in scappoose, it’s worth the drive! Hell grab lunch and beers over at Longfellows while they fix your ride! Talk about a win win!!!
