Oregon Aero caters to pilots with a variety of accessories including custom seat cushions and ShockBlocker insoles. I purchased a pair of insoles ($ 40) which didn’t work out because of their high coefficient of friction (not good in sandals, but an advantage in other shoes) and was told I could return them even after I trimmed them to a custom fit. The salesman, Ben Buss, spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the various products and returned the full cost when I took them back. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!
