Sunsation

I absolutely LOVE this place! I usually go in 2 times a month and they always have something new which I so appreciate out here in scappoose some shops seem to always be carrying the same stuff. They always have the cutest clothes and unique jewelry and these just little doodads and cool stuff that is absolutly to die for cant find this stuff anywhere … kinda like Saturday market style. anyway I am not much of a tanner and i saw they have this AMAZING spray tan booth that was super high tech talks to you with instructions and blows you dry with nice warm air oh yeah it even heats up before you use it drool!!! LOVE this place seriously check it out you’ll be hooked!

& as far as the price (user Ado M.‘s review)… you get what you pay for there are 2 other places in scappoose and st. helens to tan and ULTIMATE TAN & SPA is horrible they are well known to not change they’re bulbs I had 2 girls friends work for them before and old bulbs are not the only way they screw they’re clients … STAY AWAY FROM THERE unless you like to get ripped off I dont know much about the other tan place but sunsations i awesome!!!

I usually pre-​tan before beach vacations and have been doing so for 15 years. Sunsation charges about the same as what I was paying before my first spring break trip to Florida in high school! The staff is nice too. The owner remembered my name after not going in for a visit in over a year. Everything is appropriately sanitized after every visit. Clean place, friendly staff, and well priced. What more could you ask for?

This company is extremely overpriced. Its the only tanning in Scappoose so Im thinking thats why. So overpriced that it is almost funny. Very rarely have specials. The staff openly tell you that. 10 tans $ 60??? WOW LOL! Unlimited month $ 55…not many people tan every day so that makes this very expensive as well. Thats just the 2 cheapest packages… The beds are kinda old compared to some of the upper end places. Stop in & see what you think!

Great place to tan. I commute to Portland 5 days a week so once a week I stop by Sunsation on my way home from work and get my tan in.
They have several beds so I’ve never had to wait. The place is clean. Their packages are affordable which is always a plus. It must be because you’re not paying the Portland Premium because their beds have new bulbs and are a great quality. Another reason why I like this place is because the couple that run it are friendly. The lady remembered my name after meeting me once and it had been a week since my visit. That’s impressive.
