I had Bill out for an estimate on beefing up the breaker box in my older home. He was crabby and rude from the outset, then wasn’t even willing or interested in the work I needed done. Even though he may be skilled at electrical work (???), I would not feel comfortable doing business with him, simply due to his negative, gruff and dismissive personality. Zero customer service.
