Purchased the Courage bag for $ 99.00 retail $ 165.00. It arrived with a zipper that was stuck as well as on the top the glue was showing through the fabric. They have no customer service phone number:(so contacted them through email. They said I could return the bag but stated that there is a no refund policy and they were doing me a favor. When they received the bag they told me that this is a normal part of the bag:(:(but they would credit the purchase price but not the shipping $ 12.00. I don’t believe companies should send you defective items then you have to cover the cost of return. This item was a very cheap $ 10 canal street handbag not the fine European craftsmanship as described! Very disappointed at this store and Marcus Lemonis who is one of the owners. Will not be buying anything more from them.
