Gap

This was more of a 2 ½ star experience:
Although this is a decent store, the pace and manner in which they work is absurd!
There were two cashiers in the children’s department, each with a customer with about 8 items each. I was the second person in line. I ended up being online for over 10 minutes. One of the cashiers was rather SLOW! The cashier that ended up taking me was on her 4^th person by the time I left, whereas the other cashier was still with the initial customer. Also, they ran out of supplies on this side and when they called to the Manger for more receipt paper, they were asked to come to the other side of the store to get it because she was with a customer. Well so were they and the line was getting long. They also ran out of larger size bags and had to go and get more as well.
It’s too early in the day not to be well stocked with the necessary supplies during the holiday shopping season. Also as a manager, it is rather important to check in with your staff to ensure they have everything they need throughout the day.
