worst experience ever. i walked in and was ignored by two salesmen even though i was the only person in the store. I left came back another day any was sent away very rudely by the salesman because my prescription had to be updated. They first tried to sell me more expensive glasses than i wanted then they told me i had to get a newer prescription if i wanted to buy the glasses.

Worst customer service. I signed in and the woman at Lens Crafters took the customer who came in after me who didn’t even sign in. So the sales woman told me, in a rude tone, to just wait. Well, I left– never will I go in here again.

I ordered my glass on May 19th. I went in there and as always was not greeted. However, I been wearing glasses pretty much my entire life so I picked a style right away. The woman who helped me was nice and quick and I was out. However, a few days pass by no phone calls with the status or anything so I decided to call and the person who answered the phone asked me to call back because they were busy. Honestly, not my problem when I spend hundreds of dollars on glasses and want to know where they are. So I don’t call back again for a few days. I ask the status and of course get the run around and am told they aren’t in. After day 10 of not receiving my glasses I called again and the woman tells me the lenses are on back-order and because I waited so long I will get a discount(of course I didn’t write her name down) and she said she would call me when they came in. So this week arrives(Monday) I call and am told they are in — was anyone going to call me. Probably not. I went in the next day to pick them up and guess what NODISCOUNT. I AMLIVID. BOTTOMLINE– if you want poor service go here. Worst experience ever buying glasses. I will actually go to my optometrist who charges more to avoid this service. I was going to argue about the discount thing but honestly want nothing to do with this place. THEWORST.

I went to this LensCrafters looking for a stylish set of frames that could be used for my prescription(I have a high level of astigmatism so this was hard to do). Charles was nice enough to work with me and walk me through all of the lens options and pricing information. I was told that my prescription with high index(thin) lenses would take 8 — 10 business days. I called on day 10 and my lenses were still not in which would not have been a big deal if my current glasses were not about to fall apart. I ended up calling LensCrafters Inc. and they helped me obtain a 25% discount on my order which was facilitated by Kim, a store associate. When my lenses did come in the axis on my right lens was off by 100 degrees. I didn’t actually find this out until I came back to the store for a third time after wearing the glasses for 6 hours and nearly giving myself a migraine. When Kim found the cause of the problem she promised to rush deliver the right lens. She also followed up with me a couple of days later in order to mail me a pair of loaner glasses and provided me with an additional discount when I picked up my lenses for a second time. Overall, I wish that a task, such as buying glasses, didn’t have to be so difficult. However, I did appreciate that fact that Kim worked to make things right concerning my order. I’m happy with my Versace frames.
