My husband and myself decided to try home delivery of The New York Daily News and The Post when we bought our Condo 2 years ago. We have been dedicated Daily News Readers for 50 years and always purchased it ourselves at the local store each morning. We decided to give home delivery a try. Good decision but very frustrating. In the 2 years that we have been here the delivery person has missed delivering to our home over 30 times! The same person delivers both newspapers so if one isn’t delivered neither is the other. Repeated telephone calls to the Help desk accomplishes nothing. They say that the newspaper will be delivered by early afternoon but it never arrives. A credit is promised but that too is an empty promise. Doesn’t anyone care about Customer Service? We are paying for a service and not getting what we signed up for. Very disgusted.
