This place is filthy, tables are never wiped down. lines are long and sandwiches are thrown together very sloppy. I like Panera Bread a lot but this location spoils the experience. I’ve been here a half dozen times or so and it gets harder and harder to go back. hopefully someone from this location is reading these reviews and cares enough to try to make a difference.

I love panera but this place is a mess. They are always messing up my rapid pick up orders making them not so rapid; what’s the point then? The staff is unfriendly and have attitude, and the food takes a while to be made. I’d rather go to the one in cross county mall in Yonkers which is much farther than this one for me.

Eh. I love Panera Bread but this location needs help. I saw a sign on the door that the panini press maker was broken that day, so I went up to the associate and asked for a flatbread. Her exact words back to me was, «Wow didn’t you read the door? It says our machine is broken» in a full on attitude. I thought the panini maker was only used to make panini’s, my bad that I’m not a sandwich aficionado. I then asked what sandwiches can I get, and the girl started to obnoxiously scream what was on the menu from reading it above like I was illiterate and didn’t know how to read. I didn’t even bother to speak back cause I really didn’t have the time to argue. From now on, I do the rapid pick up’s since I don’t want to deal with the unfriendly staff.

Normally I would give Panera a very good rating. However, today I give it zero stars. My first question is what are they trying to hide? Why don’t the managers wear their names on their shirts. Why was it necessary to ask him his name. I was standing on line when a woman stepped in line ahead of me. She felt it was fine because she was parking the car, and her mother was on line. I confronted her causing an argument. Then her brother got involved. Long story short you just don’t walk over Bhesham Ali, Manager and tell people to get out. Savannah(person who rung us up) had a terrible attitude problem. Very nasty. The food itself. It’s okay for being microwaved. I won’t be back.

Not a bad panera place. The food is great as always. Never had a problem with the staff. Not to sure about the other people who give bad reviews. But it’s not a bad place. Not the top of the line Panera locations but it’s decent to go to. I keep going to this Panera because I have yet to have a problem with them. I would check it out if you’re around the area and craving some good food

I like this Panera. It’s quiet and very spacious. The staff is nice. I’ve only encountered one cashier that was super friendly. I’ve gone to many Paneras before so I already love the food.

The morning manager, Michelle is such a hard working, nice person. She automatically knows what I get and makes it quick + easy for me to go here. Michelle knows the products + recommends new food that I may like. The café is relaxing, comfortable. I enjoy the fresh food and professionalism that I am greeted by each day.

Why would anyone give positive ratings for these places? Are there any clean Panera breads in existence? Ok it’s fresh bakery products and very good ones at that. All these places need to do to get 4 star reviews is keep them clean. This is the only commercial establishment that needs hardcore Chefs and whip the staff. CLEANASYOUGO! Management in these places a including regional managers do not push this motto. Your open because people like to chill an an unrushed atmosphere. Clean these places up and I guarantee you will stY open. People who like bakery items have nowhere to go in most areas where you find Panera. I came for coffee and a breakfast soufflé but they actually had only 1 edible and one burned beyond recognition so I opted for a sesame bagel(I wanted a bacon soufflé or spinach, at 8:45 am there are none)

Just a classic Panera, service is pretty decent and free Wi-Fi of course. Would be a five-star place but they added tomato to my sandwich even though I asked for it without. Lots of chairs available and food comes out quickly. Solid place, though I prefer Starbucks when it comes to drinks.

Only two stars because for the price they need to feed you a little more. I mean, I don’t think it’s the location’s fault. I think everywhere they’re cheap with their food. That’s the company as whole’s fault. 2 stars for being expensive but not the right size portion ¾ for the food and pastries 4 for customer service. Everyone is usually nice.

I ordered two Frontega Chicken Panini for rapid pickup. When I got home I found out that both of them did not have chicken! Only the veggies. I was so upset. Every time I go to that Panera, the staff there don’t seem to be focused. Management needs to train their staff better. Preparing a panini is not a rocket science! The one who prepares the food just need to pay more attention to what they are doing!

When we first started coming here, we really liked it, but lately it seems they are getting lazier and lazier. Today, I walked in, I was the only one in line, three employees saw me, made eye contact with me and didn’t say anything, didn’t acknowledge me. I was waiting for a «someone will be right with you» nope, not even that. So I asked if anyone was working, this girl yelled«I am» but didn’t even come to the register, didn’t say she’ll be right there, just kept writing something on a piece of paper. I think $ 15.00 an hour has gone to their heads and it is going to hurt this business. My husband and I would come here at least twice a week, but never again. It seems each experience gets worse and worse. They always forget something and it’s not like we order a lot. They take forever on days where it’s not even busy. I guess I’ll be cooking more often! Panera no longer gets our business thanks to their employees who lack customer service skills. Sad because we really liked their food, but I refuse to go to a place where the employees are rude.

I come to this Panera a couple times a week to get work done. It’s a great place for studying. I just wanted to thank Management for the great service! I ordered a sandwich that didn’t really fit my taste buds and I expressed my concerns to management. I insisted on ordering a new sandwich but the Manager refused to accept my payment. She personally brought me a new sandwich within minutes. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be back. :)

I really want to know the hiring process of this place. I tried to order the turkey breast sandwich. It was the one without bacon and without mayonnaise. The guy at the register kept repeating back to me that I said I wanted the one with bacon. I said no I want the one without bacon. He again said I ordered the one with bacon. I corrected him. We went back and forth a few times and he started to get upset. He finally got it correct and I confirmed. Guess what he replied with? «So you want the one with bacon?» I was thinking this guy is a moron! I wanted to yell at this guy so badly but he can talk to the people who handle my food so I had to stay quiet. I told him I want the one without bacon and then he lost it and yelled at me. He yelled«That is what I said!» I did manage to get the sandwich I wanted but I will never get a turkey sandwich from here again.

Every time I order online and try the rapid pick up, the item is never ready. It is always behind the counter because the staff is slow, rude, talking to each other about their date night, or talking about anything else except for Panera. The place is filthy, dirty, disgusting. I cannot believe corporate management of Panera does not read Unilocal reviews

I love Panera Bread but this particular one which is so close to all my shopping leaves a lot to be desired. The manager, a short Spanish guy is rude and not helpful at all; service is not the best since they mess up your order sometimes. The place could be cleaner(especially the floor is always messy) and my pet peeve is when I order the fresh brewed ice tea which you serve yourself in the back of the restaurant and each time the dispenser is empty. When you try to get one of the workers to replenish it, it just takes them forever. I think it all stems from management, they need someone new because I really like this place.

I would give this a 2.5 instead. I guess for a couple of reasons, the first time I came here, my friend had to wait awhile for her drink because the guy making it what looked like socializing with two ladies. So, it delayed her from getting her drink. And the second time I’ve been here, it smelled like burning bread. I mean this isn’t a terrible Panera and probably will never run out of customers because it’s in a strip mall and it’s a better option than what’s in the area, IMO. If you are eating in, you don’t have to go to the counter to pick up your food. Where most Panera’s you would have to pick it up. At this one, a person comes to you with your orders. Which is a nice concept. The lady who brought our food was very nice. It’s an average Panera with the same taste and items(because it’s a chain restaurant). There isn’t anything special compared to other locations. Maybe the customer service part could be worked on. But other than that, I was satisfied in terms of what I got. Yes, there’s free WiFi. Seems decent. May vary depending where you sit.

I love Panera but this is the worst Panera I have been to. Who manages this place !?! The staff is unfriendly, rude and need to be trained better. When I was waiting for my takeout order the young men behind the counter were talking about girls and getting it on. Really ?? Everyone waiting can hear you. The few times I’ve been here the place is messy. There’s litter on the floor, garbage overflowing and dishes piled high. All the tables were dirty so I had to clear my own table. The food even taste different and is put together by what looks like a 2 year old. This is horrible representation of Panera !

Oh my goodness gracious. This Panera is by far the worst one to which I’ve ever been. Ever. If you took average food and mixed it with slow, poor service and irritable employees, you would come up with something very similar to this Panera. I ordered a very simple meal — a ½ grilled cheese sandwich with a ½ tomato & basil soup. Easiest thing off the menu, right? #WRONG! Not only did my friends and I wait on an incredibly long and slow line to order our food, when our orders eventually came 15 minutes later, they were all wrong. All of them. My sandwich came with no soup, and when I asked the employee when it would be coming, he assured me that it would only be a few minutes. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my soup, and I went to the counter once more because I didn’t trust them to remember. By the time I received my soup, my grilled cheese was cold. Like, #wtf. They need some serious help here, and I suggest we do the chain a favor and not support this location. This Panera is due in for a closure.
