Someone needs to organize this place if they ever dream of having a successful business. 1. Once you are seated in one of the 5 foot massage chairs, you would expect an uninterrupted foot massage by your masseuse in some semblance of peace. NOTSO. That timer is ticking away, and you will see your masseur answering the business phone, having conversations with coworkers, getting up to take payments from other customers, and stopping to answer queries from incoming curious passersby. That timer isn’t stopped for this— you’re paying for it. 2. It is a small space sure. But asking for silence in a spa should not be this difficult. There is a horrible Asian elevator music soundtrack playing on a loop of 3 songs. If a tuxedoed man were to appear from the back room, mic in hand lip-syncing, this would not be a surprise. The constant chattering from customers and workers is so far from relaxing, you will leave more stressed than when you entered. This is all aside from the dreadful fact that the store is on Central Ave. with only a pane of glass between you and the traffic –hardly an oasis of calm. 3. Have SOMEONE who speaks English there. Every question, comment, request or direction is met with«Is ok?». No it is not ok. But by the time I learn Chinese to communicate with you, my timer will have rung and I am out of luck. Not to mention my money. Add to the list of issues now — so not visit the place between the hours of 5−9pm unless you want to be treated to the sounds of slurping, the odors of fish, and the scraping of silverware. The workers not massaging will park themselves on the couch adjacent to you and eat dinner. Wow!

So I have gone to foot massage venues before for whole body massages but this one was the most unprofessional one I have been to yet. The massage was fine, not extraordinary but fine, but the following are why I give it only 1 star: 1. I did a couples massage with my friend, and her masseuse seemed professional and asked her what kind of massage she wanted and whether or not the pressure was adequate. I didn’t get asked one questions. 2. Within two minutes of starting our massages, the phone started ringing. Not a cell phone but there store phone. And it kept ringing, and ringing. Then you here the loud phone«you have a call from — — » then more ringing. Two minutes later the phone calling started again with another«you have a call from — — «. This happened about every five minutes or less throughout the first 30 min of the massage, and at decreased frequency during the last 20 minutes. At one point someone answered a call, but then I could hear that conversation too. 3. Between the phone calls, someone walked into their store at which point my masseuse abruptly left the room, spoke to the person, then returned irritated. At least she said«sorry, sorry» upon her return. 4. Between the phone calls and her return into the room, then she made intermittent conversation with my friend’s masseuse. 5. Based on all of the above and my previous experiences at similar venues and the decreased effort and professionalism shown at this place, I did not want to pay more than a $ 5 tip, if even that. Other similar venues I have been to charge just 40 $ an hour because you are not at a spa, but the masseuse at least remains professional and they don’t have voiced and phone calls ringing into your ears during the massage. So I gave her a $ 5 bill after which she kept looking up at me stating«1 hr massage– $ 40.» I stated yes, but your phone was loudly ringing the entire time. She kept repeating«1 hr massage– $ 40» as she was annoyed I did not want to give her a larger tip… Until I have her another $ 5 for a $ 10 tip. And the only reason I did that is because my friend visits this venue often and I didn’t want her to get screwed. But I have never had anyone demand a higher tip when he/she and venue was so clearly unprofessional!

The staff here are rude. They gave me an appointment time, confirmed it, then told me they were too busy to see me when i arrived. Won’t go back; doubt it is a legit business place

So I’m super picky about cleanliness & massage. I was hesitant to go in here because of what it looks like on the outside, but a friend recommended so I went. It’s not a luxurious spa by any means. While in the massage room you can hear outside talking, no walls to the ceilings. However, I had used the bathroom and it was surprising clean. The massage table had a fresh sheet of paper(softer than the kind at the doctors office). Not sure about the blanket you put on top of you but I tried not to think of that. I’ve gone twice now and both times I had an incredible almost compared to a deep tissue massage. I have crazy knots and tension every where and both the male and female masseuses I’ve had were very good. So even with my OCD, I would definitely return here. Make sure to make an appointment because it gets pretty busy in the afternoons. And also, the price is awesome for the no frills massage! $ 40 for one hour and they take credit card too! Looking forward to my next visit!

Total hole in the wall kind of place. I drove passed it a few times an thought it looked a little sketchy. But I was pleasantly surprised once I walked in. It definitely isn’t a luxury spa. But for those prices, it’s a great find and will definitely be back. I got a 30 minute body massage and my friend got a 30 minute foot massage. We both left very happy and relaxed. Clean, friendly, and a good massage for cheap. No complaints(except that I couldn’t find any website or information on them until I stopped by)
