Tony Bragg – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with State Farm Insurance for over 30 years and brought the company tons of business, including most recently, my daughter. I find it extremely hard to believe that there is actually someone named Tony Bragg there. I’ve yet to meet him.
My homeowners and car insurance were due close to the same time; oddly I was just in their office with my daughter making sure she was set up.
I was under the impression the car insurance payment was made but for whatever reason, it wasn’t.
My fault. What irritated me the most was receiving a call seven days later from the secretary informing me that my insurance lapsed and she needed a payment right away!!! I am grateful I wasn’t nearby!
A payment? Are you kidding me? She calls seven days too late so not only do I pay her, I get a fine from NY State. I also requested a phone call from Tony Bragg, but none came.
YOU ONLY HAVE ONE JOB, insure your people and you can’t seem to do that.
I’ve been speaking with other auto insurance companies and was told that never should have happened, I know because at one point I sold insurance. Needles to say I’ll be searching for auto and home owners insurance and so far the other rates are lower. Wow.
