Kate made chicken cutlets, one of her best dishes. Her thin, breaded cutlets are amazing — slightly spicy, slightly citrus-y, lightly breaded. The tomato sauce was clearly store-bought, however it wasn’t bad. The salad was a bit bland, but I suppose it’s off-season. The other side was mashed sweet potatos with brown sugar(I think?), which were good(despite reminding me of baby food). Overall, a pretty good meal from Kate. For breakfast, she threw together something. The timing left a lot to be desired(breakfast at 12:30?), but she managed to pull off a decent meal. I had ordered the Avocado/Roasted Tomato toast off the menu, however I was informed they were out. I ended up with eggs over easy, bacon, toast, fresh cherry tomatoes, orange juice and(the winner of this meal) garlic potatoes. I unfortunately had to bring my own hot sauce.
