Scott was awesome. He was on time, very professional and answered all of our questions. He cleaned everything up and gave us a real reasonable price. We would definitely use him again if needed.

Scott came over on the same day I called. After 20 minutes, he replaced the spring on my door and tightened the screws/nuts on not only the door he was repairing, but the other one as well for no additional cost. Originally, he was coming to replace both springs; however, after reviewing things he told me he wanted to save me money and I should wait since the other appeared to be replaced recently. Very ethical member of his trade. I’ll be referring him to others when the opportunity is available.

Stay away from this guy. He came to our home twice to fix the same problem. CHARGED US TWICE. After the second time he «fixed» the garage door he PROMISED that he would come back out free of charge if there was still a problem. Within 24 hours the garage door was broken again. We called and he told us that we needed a whole new system. He did NOT offer to come back out like he promised. When we asked for a refund because the door was never fixed, he said he would give us an $ 80 credit towards a $ 500 new system. We called around, everywhere else charges $ 400 for a new system. Scott is a fast-talking lier and should be avoided. $ 190 we paid this guy and the garage still has the same problem. We gave him a chance to make it right now I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I talked to Scott yesterday and be was able to come out today early for us. Scott is super friendly, outgoing, and upfront with what is needed. He told me right away what needed to be fixed, the prices, and how long it would take him. His company came recommended to us from another friend who thought they great. They have competitive rates, great customer service, and he guarantees his work. Scott helped me move a few things out of his way, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. He made sure the garage was all in working order, made it quiet and treated it like he was fixing it for a family member. I would 100% recommend Scott and his company to anyone.

This company is owned and operated by the same individual, I called the owner yesterday for my garage door repair. I received an estimate of $ 90 for service call + parts as needed. I authorized the owner to come in and fix the door. I was told that the springs need to be replaced and was not given a final quote upon arrival. The owner performed the work and gave me a total bill of $ 280 dollars. Upon questioning this high cost of service, the owner stated that the springs cost $ 95 each. If you get springs from Home Depot or any other hardware store, they average around $ 40. I called another repair service, and they gave me a quote for $ 185 for parts and labor included! Why is there a 33% markup charge from this company? This is unfair business pricing. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone! The owner also left some grease marks over the walls and doors near my garage after service was performed.
