I needed storage. Found this place. From the start of the call to actually getting the storage unit. It was 5* quality. The person on the phone where I placed my order was friendly. And also at the store friendly costumer service. Guided me thru all the steps. I will definitely recommend this place.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!
Website clearly states «Memorial Day Special — Up to 15% Off & First Month Free when you reserve by June 5th». I reserved a unit, but when they called to confirm, the manager says that promotion doesn’t apply to the unit I reserved. The manager was nice, but would not apply the offer. Without the offer, they were the most expensive in all of the places I found.
READ THE FINE PRINT — The promotion only applies to a very small number of units and none of the popular sizes. I called the main office and they were pretty rude.
I can’t tell you anything about the place or the units. The entire thing just left me feeling like they are sketchy. Be careful.

I would have never thought to write a review for this place, but as I was leaving their office today there was a sign that asked you to write a review so here goes… My whole experience with cubesmart has been positive from day one. They offered me the right size storage I needed and even gave me a military discount. Each time I called their office to make a payment, the person that helped me was friendly and knew what he/​she was doing. Today I moved out of my storage unit and everything went smoothly, just like I am accustomed to here.
Would definitely use a cubesmart location again.

Just went to our unit and found mice droppings everywhere. We absolutely have no food and made sure everything that we put in there did not even come into contact with food. Not happy at all.
