I’ve lived here for a year and a half– long enough to undergo a management change. Things improved a lot when new management came in. They host parties all the time, and other kinds of community engagement events. It’s very welcoming, and makes it feel like a real community of people instead of a bunch of strangers. They’ll have pool parties with food trucks, coloring contests for kids, food drives in the winter, etc. I like it here a lot. I feel safe, secure and management is very timely with questions and issues. Maintenance is great, friendly, and very helpful. Visitor parking is kind of an issue– each parking lot gets maybe 15 spaces for visitors, when at least 2 buildings share a lot. That’s not enough by any means, and really puts a damper on having visitors when the place is full. Rent is also a little high(I pay upwards of $ 900 for a studio apartment), and even though that’s the area norm, it’s still way high in my opinion.

Do not rent here. The employees are very unprofessional and the customer service is awful
