Finish Line

This is a really nice store. I get to the finish line because they have the best deals I think,. To me with the braces place from the other ones, is a customer service ears really freaking awesome. Everything I come in I’m never. I’m never wearing socks and they always are quick to say hey you need to pair socks the try A pair shoes on. And they give you enough space where you make your own decisions without feel like you’re being sold something. That’s always a bonus. I was going to get him a four out of five because I feel like you do something exceptional to get a five out of five but, finding good customer service is hard now so I’m going to five out of five. I recommend it and I think you should go check it out do you think you need to.

Horrible. I had to drive an hour back all the way to Woodfield after coming home to 2 different pair of shoes. The associate that helped me was the one who got my shoe size from the back and put it directly at the register ready to get checked out. Since he works there I thought the shoes in the box were ready to go so I payed without checking the box. When I came back, the manager made me wait for an hour to find the correct pair. It also turned out that the box of the shoes I purchased was not the right box for them so I payed more than the cost of the shoes. Unbelievable!

If you want a good pair of running shoes this is your spot to go! Amazing selection and what’s even more impressive is the staff actually also knows their stuff.
I’m a size 13 and they have always had what I wanted in stock where as some other stores refuse to stock them. And to top it off they charge they don’t rip you off.

While cruising Woodfield Mall looking for Chicago apparel, we came across this store carrying the right sweaters and jerseys.
The employees made it a point to make themselves available in case we needed help, without being in our face.
We found what we wanted at the right place and additionally, I joined their frequent buyer program for which I get more discounts and accumulate shopping points.

We were shopping at Woodfield as we rarely get a chance since we moved to Miami, we were taking advantage of this fine establishment and my eye caught something purple…
I see the Northwestern logo and MUST see what Wildcat gear they offer. They had a selection of sweatshirts. The price? 2 for $ 40. I kept trying to figure out what the catch was. TWO NU hoodies for $ 40? Unreal. When we are in Chicago we always stock up on gear and anyone who knows me knows that I believe a person can never have too many hoodies or flip flops.
My hubby and I were approached several times by employees to ask what they could do for us, they kept on going to the back to check sizes and the service was stellar.
Never would I have expected top notch service like that in a store like that but there it is. Never assume.
I am wearing my hoodie right now. It rocks.
