A girls dream come true !!! I love crafts and decorations !!! I spend 2 hours in that store and I still couldn’t get enough !!! love this place !!

I loved the store the minute I walked in. After two minutes of being in the store there it was the witch came near my mom and I making us feel uncomfortable everything we looked at we put back just where we got it from, then she cut right in front of me to fix the Christmas decoration that we had looked at. I asked her what was her problem she goes oh nothing I am just cleaning and doing my job. I said dont you see me standing right here you walked in front of me like I wasnt standing there, she goes oh I am calling security which they didnt have security. There comes the so called security he was some kind of a jerk store manager. He totally didnt listen to what I had to say he basically told me oh well if you dont want to buy anything you can leave I was shocked when I heard those words coming out of a store manager to customers that didnt even do anything wrong. I will be calling corporate and I will make sure that store manager gets ripped a new one. I dont ever want to walk in and spend one red penny because they sure have the worst customer service worst and I mean THE WORST !!!

If I had to sum up my thoughts on this store using just one word, it would be SUPERB. Superb in every possible way. The location is convenient and easy to find, there is ample parking, friendly service, tons of sales on a routine basis, every kind of crafting item imaginable and amazing décor items. It is all just superb.
I have gone here twice now within the last week in order to find some décor items for our home and both times, have spent nearly an hour and a half just walking around, imagining the possibilities. The décor items (decorative mirrors, wall hangings, candles, furniture, frames, baskets, etc.) fill many of the aisles and seem to go on a scheduled rotation for 30−50% off! If you are looking for something and it isn’t on sale at the time you go, try again the following week and you may just be shocked!
The prices are definitely reasonable as well, compared to many other crafting/​décor stores throughout the area. Additionally, Hobby Lobby has more crafting items than many craft stores which makes it a one-​stop shop for anyone attempting to update their home or add some fun into their crafting lives.
The staff members are all very kind and helpful as well. They seem willing and dare I say happy to help out whenever there is a question or concern, and they are all very knowledgeable about the departments they work in.
I cannot wait for my next trip there, as I have become somewhat obsessed with their products!

I love, love, love this store! I swear the entire store is always on sale! So many different craft items. They have a huge variety of decorative items. Including beautiful picture frames, knick-​knacks, vase, the list goes on and on. I personally love their huge selection of candles. Best part? They are always on sale!
I also tend to find odd items, that you usually won’t find in a craft store.
They offer many different coupons, which means you end up paying close to nothing for most items.
I bead and they have a huge selection of beading supplies. I also love the fact that that beading supplies are always on sale. Typically, 50% off.
We always make a point of going there right before and after Christmas. They usually mark their items down a few days before, Christmas. After Christmas the items are marked down even more.
The only downfall– they tend to have very long lines. I believe it’s due to the fact that they have to enter each price in… Instead of scanning the item.
Make sure to print out a few coupons before going there! Promise you will walk out with much more than you originally went in for! Lol

This Hobby Lobby is HUGEEEEEEEEEEEE. They have all sorts of goodies — home décor, fabric, craft supplies, yarn, holiday décor, you name it! The prices are pretty reasonable, they always have items on sale, and of course the 40% off coupon (I always use the mobile one on my phone). I do prefer to come here over Michael’s (especially since they are a bit cheaper and a little friendlier). However, they both have slightly different products, so sometimes I am forced to go to Michael’s. For how big the store is, there never seems to be that many people working here, so they can be hard to find.
The only drawback is sometimes the lines get really long… and their cash register seems like it is from the stone age. But they have made some upgrades recently.

Ugh, I could stand and stare in Hobby Lobby all day. I love their knick knacks, the mass-​produced art, the supplies, the frames, EVERYTHING.
This particular visit I had mission though: to fix the glass on my favorite picture that’s been sitting on the floor against the wall in my apartment for two years. Yep… two years.
It costs only $ 36 to replace broken picture frame glass on an 18×24 frame. It was the «UV» glass and not the awesome «Museum» glass (that would’ve set me back like $ 80!!).
Overall, I’m happy with this Hobby Lobby and if I ever need anything fixed or I need to just stand and stare at all the fun stuff they have, I’ll be back.

I love Hobby Lobby in general. The idea and values behind the company are great.
However, the lack of knowledge and enthusiasm within the employees kills my love for shopping here. This is the 5^th trip I’ve made in the last 3 months, where I’ve gone in with certain questions, and either they instantly answer with a «I have no idea» and walk away, or they point me to a pretty broad location of the store. I understand not knowing something, but why not take the extra effort and find someone who might. Or taking the time to walk me over to the product.
The only reason I’m giving this store ²⁄₅ stars are because of the great prices, clean store and easy location. Other then that, I’d rather shop at Michael’s where at least the staff shows some sort of passion or understanding of their job.

I really like Hobby Lobby. They have a good and inexpensive variety of craft supplies.

I had to return and item and Jeremy Hayes the store manager was giving me a hard time about the return in front of several customers. How tacky is that? You need to attend a management training class. I can’t imagine you were promoted to store manager with those skills.
I prefer going to Michael’s where you get excellent customer service.

I have done a fair amount of framing in the last year, and this place is great. The German woman at the frame counter does great work. The mattes are cut to perfection, and the frames are reasonably priced. I think the frames actually go on sale for 50% off about once every couple months (which is definitely worth the wait price-​wise). This place is a ton cheaper than Michaels for framing. This store recently allowed me to exchange a frame in which I had broken the glass — That is good customer service considering the amount of business I give them.
All around the employees seem to have a good concept of where everything is in this completely packed craft supply store, and they are always helpful. Keep up the great work y’all.

I’ve been to several Hobby Lobby stores and this one is very clean and appears to be well stocked as well. The staff seems to be friendly, no more or less than any other location that I’ve gone to.
