Just Invite Me

As a bride to be, I am writing this with a very broken heart. I had saved, pinned, followed and just about stalked Just Invite Me long before I was engaged. I was so excited to go in to the Schaumburg location and get the process started for my upcoming wedding. They were one of the first vendors I visited with my Fiancé.
Initially, the service and products were AMAZING. Everything I expected. We went to the initial hour long consultation with Amber, left with our samples then were told to order online.
Now comes the TERRIBLE experience. For those of you that are not aware, these invites are pricey. SO beautiful, and very expensive. (Side note– I am having a VERY large wedding)
When I began to order online, I had questions about my order. Things were getting confusing, and VERY expensive. So I reached out to Amber, and got a standard, copy/​paste response after a few days. I reached out again, asking for her to PLEASE call me. My total was over $ 5,000. I wanted to make sure things were correct before placing such a huge charge on my card.
Nothing.
Not a single response. NO one called. Me.
They don’t have a number listed.
I received an email from another person saying she would forward my email to Amber and she would call me.
That was weeks ago.
Not a single call. Such a shame. They are so fake and don’t really care about the customer with their ridiculous prices and up-​charges.

Our wedding invitations were supposed to be mailed out in less than 3 weeks, and our invitation artist flaked out in the worst way possible – she hadn’t even started on our invites. After a small showdown via email and phone, we were without wedding invitations and freaking out ever so slightly. Who were we going to find to make us beautiful invites in less than 3 weeks – a process that normally takes several months?
In comes Jessi Bornack with Just Invite Me. I was referred to her by my day-​of coordinator, and within 24 hours of contact Jessi had proofs emailed to me based off of a high-​end custom invite i found in a bridal magazine. The proofs were amazing and with just a few tweaks, we had our invites approved within a week. Jessi then got started on working on them and had them all finished within 2 ½ weeks!
My custom wedding invitations were probably the most beautiful invites I had ever seen. And the best part was that they were totally affordable! Even with a small rush charge, our invites came in well under several other area artists.
In addition to the invites, Jessi also made my place cards, menu cards, programs and thank you cards. I seriously LOVE her.
Jessi is incredibly professional to work with, and I will definitely be ordering my paper goods from her FOREVER. She saved us when we were in a jam, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have found her, even if it was fairly late in the game.
Some things to note: Jessi can work entirely via email if you would like. We met with her only once to look at paper samples, but she is very willing to mail you stuff if you can’t get out to the burbs.
