i hate windows idk if this is rating the store or whatever but someone has to realize. dont ever get a pc they are awful they are meant to steal your money and end up in your garbage! i have been trying to install the new update for itunes and aprently it hasn’t already updated when i restarted the freaking computer 3 times. i am 100 percent done with this company i finally realize why people spend all that money on apple because it freaking works i am writing tjis review with pure rage i am supposed to be a hapoy costimer and right now i am about to chuck this comouter in my hottub

I am not a lover of Microsoft but, this is the best place in Illinios for Microsft help. The mangers are very good and the staff knows what’s up. Oakbrook it’s a nightmare downtown is good also. Woodfield staff and people are the best in the sate They know there products and windows

Friendly staff. Bert was very helpful in the store. He gave us his business card so we can e-mail him questions. He was helpful and responsive over e-mail, which led us to an online purchase of a desktop computer. I wish they kept their displays out with regular consistency. They offer a thirty day no questions asked return policy, although I didn’t return anything. They give a 10% off student discount, but it can’t be combined with other discounts. They said that they do basic repairs and have a one year warranty, even for third party products. It was wheelchair accessible.

Made an appointment because I was having issues with the power supply for my Xbox one. I ended up arriving early, but I was helped immediately. Bert was the associate that worked with me. He took a look at the adapter and plugged it in to a system. My console was still under manufacturer’s warranty and Bert replaced it for me free of charge.

Kudos to Natalie for her excellent assistance! Not only did she do a very good job handling my problem she was helping 2 other clients at the same time. She gave each client the attention they needed. I was taken at the appointed time & was handled professionally w/excellent customer service. I would recommend this store for any Microsoft needs either in purchasing product or service.

Very slow and very poor customer service. Avoid this place. Employees available to sell computers, but disappear when customers need service. Very disappointed that multiple trips to the store were required to complete a service order.

These guys are really nice and accommodating. I brought in 3PC towers(including one server) and these beasts date back to 2005. They have been collecting dust but are filled with data that you don’t want others to see. The tech dudes here gladly reformatted the hard drives and took the machines away for responsible disposal/recycling. No charge. Let me say that again: no charge. While there I got a look at the Surface Pro 3 and am very tempted to go that route. If you are going here and are hauling in machinery older than the kids shopping here, park next to the mall entrance where Panda Express is located.(Red Robin is also at this entrance). This is formally known as entrance #2. From here, it is a short walk to the store. It’s a very useful resource and am pleased with my experience here.

I bought a Dell computer that was a touch screen special for $ 250. The computer had 2 dead pixels. I went to the store and swapped it for a new computer. Setting up the computer, this one had 1 dead pixel too. I was getting frustraded driving back to the store 3 times. The employee, who was the manager gave me free Microsoft office home version for my troubles. This was a $ 140 value. This was great customer service experience. I couldnt blame Microsoft for a Dell issue, Microsoft does not make Dell. I am a Mac customer, with this experience, I am looking to purchase more Windows computers and products from this location. My PC had a Trojan virus. I made an appointment and brought my PC to the store and was assisted by an employee named Jacob. He explained Microsoft’s service in detail and said my PC would be tuned up, cleaned of viruses, and be ready in 72 hours-all at no charge. 72 hours later I picked up my PC, brought it home and set it back up. It is running perfectly, in fact better than it was when it was new four years ago. Thank you, Jacob and Microsoft.
