Olde Schaumburg Flowers

I am very mad and upset with my experience with Olde Schaumburg Flowers. Our florist that we had used for over 30 years closed because the people retired never had a problem in 30 years. I had ordered a rose presentation bouquet for my granddaughters recital it was perfect a few weeks before. I went into the store to order 2 more presentation bouquets one with 4 red rose with babies breath and another with 4 pink roses and baby breath. The store is moving to a different store in the same strip mall. I asked if it would be a problem picking them up on June 20 at noon the woman told me no one of their other stores would make them and send them to the Roselle Rd.location. At 3:30 yesterday they called and said they had no pink roses I told them to make them both red roses today they call and say they have no babies breath. This is a florist? The lady who called me today said the girl at the Roselle location should not of taken the order I told her that lady said that it was not a problem. I told her I never had this trouble with BJ Florist in 30 years then she asked me how many times in a year did I do business with BJ Florist I said sometime 10 times a year. What kind of question was that. Now I have nothing to give my granddaughter! Thank you for your terrible customer service and lying saying there would be no problem with this order. I was very offended by the woman who called questioning how many times I ordered flowers in a year and her tone like oh well we were moving and she could not of cared about this at all a real smart mouth. These were for little girls how dare her to have that attitude!

Olde Schaumburg florist has been around for many years, I guess you could call it «Olde» for a reason! When a florist is around for over 30 years, you can bet it’s still around for a good reason! Excellent service, (Over and over), Quality flowers, good value and good «Olde Fashion» hard working people! Be sure you are doing business with a real florist… If they don’t have an address in Schaumburg… You’ll be paying a lot more money and getting a lot less value. You can count on this florist, they are the Best Florist in the area.
