When we really needed a car and my husband had super shitty credit, which I couldn’t help with for various reasons, Pronto Finance was the only company willing to help us. Even with his low credit score our interest rate is reasonable. Payments are due on the same day every month and they also have an online bill pay thing which is really convenient although there is a $ 10 processing fee for that but most places have a processing fee anyway. You get a 10 day grace period before they charge you any type of late fee and in my experience, they’ve held up their word on this. There are no «hidden fees» and the staff is actually pretty nice there. If you’re receiving random fees and such as the first reviewer seems to be, perhaps it would be of some use to review your contract and figure out what you’re doing wrong to get all these fees; this is a two way street. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because there was a bit of miscommunication when we switched our insurance but that was sorted out. Best of all, the husband’s credit score has jumped an impressive few points and we are more than capable of refinancing, but we actually like this company and a quarter of the way done with our 42 month term.

Voy a escribir en español ya que la mayoria de las personas que financian carros aqui son hispanos, tengan mucho cuidado con esta compañia, por mi le daria 0 estrellas, el manager ANGELRIVERA es un sirvenguenza y mentiroso y se aprovecha de las personas que financian carros aca, por favor tengan mucho cuidado en leer los contratos que ellos hacen, les prometen un buen comienzo pero al final es todo fraudulento. Mucho cuidado !

Zero Star! I had to give 1. Horrible place! Unorganized, unprofessional, rude, uneducated, no customer service skills, and flat out the most disgusting company ever! Don’t get a loan here. The day of payment is due, this company will contact everyone on your list of PHONE numbers. Remember that list when the car dealerships ask you to fill out! That list. But when they want proof of the insurance on the vehicle they send out a letter at the END of the month. I send it the next week and it’s a different month, they are TACKING an extra $ 38.00 to the bill. I feel like every other month they are finding ways to add there late fees of $ 38.00. When I ask to explain, I get THAT’S OURPOLICY! If you get the choice to pick a loan company, DONOTPICKTHISONE! Can’t wait to finish up this loan and I’ll never ever coming back.
