I had bed bugs in my apartment and could not get rid of these guys, SAS came out once a month for over a year and they could not get rid of the bugs, I do not know if they were using water too exterminate the bugs or what. The guy would not spray the mattress or the base boards like I asked him too. My landlord would not pay for another exterminator too come out so my brother gave me the money too hire another exterminator. After only 2 visits too my apartment with the other exterminator the bed bugs were gone
