They have a rude staff! He gave me a only 3pcs green papper for longfoot, so I asked more. He told me it is extra charged, i said ok even I never heard about extra chared for vegi. However on the receipt shows extra chesses. It is not make sense. I never go this place again! If need extra green pepper (more than 3pcs) never go this place!

Location used to be great before they changed ownership. New owners have a staff that is downright rude and have zero customer service. Hate coming here now. Wish it wasn’t so close to my house.

I have no complaints about the food but the behavior of staff is horrible especially the one who is in night shift. He shouts and disrespects the customers. Asking for an extra napkin is also problematic for this guy as he said me twice napkin has been provided already. This is really bad !!

I worked at a Subway in Central Illinois for 5 years during High School and College. While I think the Subway is a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat on the go when you don’t want all of the calories of a burger, this location needs some work on their customer service.
All of my experiences have been with very rude workers who are not very kind and rush you.

I love that this place is open 24 hrs but maybe it also explains why they’re very rude! As soon as I walked in a said hello to the man over the counter and he just sighed and rolled his eyes at me. While ordering and telling him what ingredients I’d like I had to repeat myself twice for everything.
I wasn’t very happy with my sandwich, I always get the chopped salads but today I decided to go with a footlong to share with my toddler and the veggies tasted old and not fresh at all. we ended up going to our usual Subway and I had my salad and bought my son some soup!
If you are in the Arlington Hts area if recommend going to the one on Arlington Heights Rd. and Gold Rd. Best customer service and food!

When I don’t know what I want to eat or too lazy to make something and try to divert myself from other fast foods, subway $ 3 specials is always a good way to go! This location is convenient but coming out to get back on the main road is slightly annoying. The service was good, veggies were fresh. Not much to complain about here and nothing too spectacularly great either. Just your typical subway!

24 hour subway — woohoo. Came in for a quick bite and maybe they need to do a better packing of sandwich.

The guy over the counter was super rude! The veg patty was smelling really bad, the bread was burnt and such a waste of money! I wouldn’t go there again!

Subway is Subway, not much to say in that regard, what makes different locations stand out is the service and the cleanliness. The staff is very friendly. They always put on new gloves, and the prep area always looks very clean and organized.

Very miser in putting ingredients. When requested to put some more, say onions, on a foot long, he must have put maybe 4 pieces more. They are open 24 he’s and at 9pm they ran out of green peppers.

I like that they’re open ²⁴⁄₇. I disliked that my sandwich artist didn’t speak any English and made my sandwich wrong

Great place always clean people are polite. When you ask for allot of some topping they give you allot.

Standard subway, i prefer the one on arlington heights road. its just standard, period.

This review is based solely on the service. The guys running the show behind the counter are really kind and they do a great job getting customers in and out.
As for the food, expect Subway quality: either you like it or you hate it.

I decided to give the new orchard chicken salad a second chance and have come to the same conclusion… it sucks. The servers are so stingy on the portion that all I could even taste was bread anyway.
Everything on the menu has increased in price, even potatoe chips that you can get from Walgreens much cheaper. $ 8 for a Subway meal is a little extreme, it’s not worth it anymore.
Go to Wendys across the street and get a real meal… much cheaper.

This Subway location is 24 hours! Yea I said it! I’ve never seen such a thing in my life and can’t believe it! I will have to drive by it on 3am some night to test it out to see if it’s for real.
Service is friendly, the food is always Subway good, a lot of parking in this little strip mall. Subway is always a good option if you’re in the mood for something fast, cheap and semi-​healthy.

It’s subway and its good. If you are in the mood for some «healty-​ish» fast food, this is a decent place to stop. The employees are nice, the food is standard subway fare, it serves its purpose.

I must have taken some crazy pills this morning, but yes I am writing a review for a Subway store. Let me start this off by saying that there is a Subway that I can walk to from our place. This is not that Subway.
This Subway location is so much better than the other ones around here that I don’t mind driving 10 mins out of my way to go to this location. This Subway has the right idea, and I hope they keep doing what they are doing.
The store has several leather chairs and tables where you can enjoy your fresh meatball w/​marinara. The ingredients look fresh, and they taste fresh too. I have been to Subways where I had to order plain since the veggies look like they died several weeks ago.
This location is clean, comfortable and efficient. They have up to 6 people back there when the lunch crowd hits to make sure they serve you fresh and fast. Out of the 3 Gazillion Subway stores in the world this little Subway on the corner of Algonquin & Meacham stands out for good reasons. Kudos to this Subway store… and I will be back for lunch soon.
