Sunset has been managing our pool for the last 3 years and every year they continue to impress us more and more! This weekend, a holiday weekend to top it off, Sunset once again exceeded our expectations! Our auto cover was not opening, we contacted Debbie who immediately contacted us to confirm the position of the cover. After not being able to reach us, she asked one of her employees, Brian to come by just to make sure that our cover was open for the weekend. Brian not only repaired the cover but also provided us with additional information to avoid the situation in the future and then offered us the option to call him back should we experience any more issues before our party! Customer service at it’s finest! We cannot express how grateful we are to have found such a genuine group of individuals to work with! Thanks again SUNSET!!!

I filled out an online form two weeks ago. Two days after, Debbie called me to set up an estimate. We had it scheduled for a Friday May 15 at 11:30, the day before, I called Debbie to verify the appointment, she said we may have to reschedule, but if that was the case she would call back. She never called back and nobody showed up on Friday, so I call in the afternoon and asked why nobody showed up or called. The girl that answered the phone put me on hold so she could ask Debbie, I was on hold for about five minutes when the girl got back on the phone and said someone will call back to set up a new estimate… that was 8 days ago. Nick to reach out to me to apologize with what seems to be a reasonable explanation for the missed appointment and rescheduled with us.

They did an amazing job. My pool was not easy, I got quotes from different companies, and Sunset was absolutely the best value. They highest quote came from the biggest name pool company in our area whose first word to me were «If you are not going to spend more than $ 100K we are not interested. In fact we were spending twice as much and I did not appreciate the arrogant tone that continued through out the process. On the contrary, Sunset ownership showed up at my house to review all options and made a full commitment to completion dates and pricing. They crushed the un-​named competitors pricing and the service and finished product were beyond expectation. I would highly recommend Sunset, Nick was amazing to deal with.
