Marie gave me my first facial ever and it was fantastic. My skin looks and feels great. I went out for dinner the same day of my first facial and the friend I was with even told me my skin looked great. Good job Marie. I plan on coming here for more facials and maybe a laser treatmen:)

I have known Marie for years. I bought a package from her a while back and for reasons beyond my control I could not complete the package one right after another. She is letting me pick up where I left off. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and listen to your needs and concerns and work with you to achieve your desired results. Yes a small salon, but very personal service. . I look forward to going back.

Marie Marie Marie, she is such a doll!!! Very sweet and caring person. I use to get my facial’s and microderms done by Marie. But unfortunately I began to travel a ton for work and still am. Marie, till this day my skin is beautiful! You helped me out a ton with great advice and the right products to use. Yes she can be a bit pricey but definitely well worth! She was so gentle on my skin and worked on every issue I had. I highly recommend this place! Thanks for everything Marie. Miss you!

Just left The Face Place and my skin looks and feels amazing! I have been seeing Marie for over 10 years now and just LOVE how she takes care of my skin. Every visit gets a thorough consultation and whatever your skin needs, Marie delivers. You’ll be amazed at how your skin looks after one visit, and for years to come. I’m 42 and people always take me for my late 20’s. :) Thanks Marie! :)

HORRIBLE! Let me repeat HORRIBLE! Stay away! Their ad says gylcomic peel that will leave you glowing for the holidays. I went in on Monday and By Tuesday my under eyes were so dry and wrinkled they looked like leather and I had aged 15+ years in one day! I could not believe my own eyes so I took pictures. My before picture my face is gleaming, healthy and glowing in the after I looked beat up, dull skin and HUGE leather like dryness and creases under my eyes! I called a few friends who do facials(and were not available for my last minute appointment I wanted on Mon) and they said there is absolutely no way the peel shuld have been under my eyes or making my skin appear the way it is. In saying that I decided to give it a day. On Wednesday I called Marie and she was very sweet(as she was in person). I explained what was going on and that the oil I was recommended to purchase by the woman who performed my peel was burning my under eyes. Maries immediately asked if the woman whom did my facial told me that I should wait to put the oil she suggested under my eyes and I said no she did not mention that at all! Now to the HORRIBLE part… Marie said that she was working late on Thursday(today) and that I can come for her to look. When I came in Marie greeted me but was with a client so the woman who did my facial came up to me and said whats going on? I was very polite and said well Im having a little(underestimating to be nicer) dryness under my eyes. She immediately rebuttled«Well I only used 30% Glycomic» and got very defensive repeating over and over that this is normal with a peel and it will go away. Then it gets uglier… I guess she thought I wasnt give her enough eye contact because she then commanded me to «Look her in the eye when she is talking» and thats when my patience ran out and I told her ok now im annoyed., I would just like to know what I can do to make the peeling and dryness under m

HOW I FOUNDTHISFACEPLACE So… just looking around for a local lash extension place… came across an ad sale for this service — at half the price of Extreme Lashes, and decided it was worth a try… LOCATION and AMBIANCE Place… close to my gym, difficult to find, since access is not directly by the parking lot, and pretty obviously one of the smallest spaces in the office park. Decorations and style of the interior, reminded me of a cross between a grandmother’s house(furniture dating from 40 years ago, too many tchotkes) with some bad Frenchie style gilt mirrors and bad crystal. Not feelin’ the vibe, in comparison to the usual medspa haunts… but the lure of reasonable lash extensions led me onward… I could deal, if this got me what I was looking for… SERVICE Okay, the lash tech, daughter of ‘Marie’ I gleaned from the conversation, was running late on the appointment… because the person ahead of me had gotten there 30 minutes late, cutting into my appointment time. NOTCOOL, this is NOT how you gain my admiration or return… BUT it was the day of another Xmas Party, and I had scheduled this into my calendar, so I waited, finally got in, and had them done. Different brand of lashes, supposed to be better technical design, okay… after the 45+ minutes of application, the results were… thicker in diameter, and a lot of them seemed to be attached at a ratio of 1 extension to 1 – 2 or even 3 of my lashes. All one length across the whole lash, they should be varied in size(8−10−12mm) longer at the corners, shorter toward the center, ideally matched to the supporting lash so that it doesnt flip around — which happened, because the extension being longer than the lash, is not stable, and obviously not attached at the base. Okay — maybe I am getting boring with the details, summary, I went back in 2 weeks and complained that a lot of them had dropped, or clumped together and pulled out when I combed through them. Pretty much demanded repair or a refund… these are supposed to last the life of the lash… which can be anywhere from 30 – 90 days… not 10… Second repair, lasted 2 weeks again, not the life of the lashes… if it had, I would not have any lashes where the extensions were attached — strangely, I have tons of lashes where they were. HMM… Going back 2 – 3 times a month to get lashes done negates the ‘savings’… right?
