I woke up to a 56 degree house this morning when it was only 5 degrees out. I called Adams, whose very helpful receptionist assured me that they could have someone out to help me within a few hours. Only minutes later, the technician called to tell me he was en route.
My technician was named Bill, and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. It was a somewhat challenging repair, but Bill was good-​natured and reassuring throughout.
My house is now toasty warm, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Quick update 1 year later, still a very happy customer.
I had Adams Heating come in to do an annual cleaning /​maintenance on the furnace that was installed one year later. They did a fantastic job, arrived on time, and were very professional.
As I look back at my National Grid bills from last year, I’m now saving ~30% with the new higher efficiency furnace.
I relieved to have found my go-​to HVAC company from now on!
