Molded limes, burnt vegetables, this is the WORST chipotle in the US. Service completely off, no friendly people, meat quality below average and the worst part was it was a 3:00 mid day, semi busy, on a Sunday! I showed her the limes that were brown/yellow in color and then saw mold within it. Sick sick sick! The dept of health should be closing this store down. I will be reaching out to corporate over the matter. The rice, beans, and all meats were hardly filled, maybe a one person scoop. Want the fajita vegetables? You will get the last two pieces: 2 cold and burnt onions left in the tin. It’s so bad here…

I love chipotle! Make that obsessed! I just closed on my house and I’m so excited that is 5 mins away now! Parking is pretty decent Service is always really fast I am not ashamed to say that a few servers know myself and my daughter and know my order! I recently had a coupon for guacamole I’m not a huge fan but it was free so I figured why not Well now I have a new obsession! I usually get a sofrita burrito with extra beans and spicy salsa Now I add a side of chips and guac My 3 year old likes the quesadilla This is a weekly trip for us Food is always fresh and perfectly seasoned

Healthy food for a great price. There is plenty of parking and seating whenever I go. The wait time is reasonable. Staff members are helpful and polite.

Chipotle is fantastic, whenever I need a quick meal i head out there. It is by far better than its local competitors like Moes. Food is usually fresh, however, I hate it when they charge me for double meat :/

Takes forever and a day to order. They need more staff. Food is good and at least the service is decent.

When I crave a veggie bowl of brown rice, roasted veggies and salsa I come here. The sofritas, a vegetarian textured but spicy soy protein, is a delicious addition to the bowl and other vegetarian offerings. I agree with those reviewers who are bothered by the carving up of a historical site into yet another urban strip mall type space, but I enjoy the food here.

I do love Chipotle. I love how it’s convenient. I love the quality of their ingredients. I love how they keep on trying to do better. I love that they use better meat than many fine dining restaurants, yet charge a fraction of the price. On average, Chipotle is a 4* burrito experience for me. This Chipotle isn’t quite as good as some of the others. Matt W. mentioned the travesty of the strip mall, and that’s true. The floor plan of this location also seems poorly thought out. As is the distance between the bolted down benches and the bolted down tables. But mostly, there isn’t nearly enough seating, especially for families with kids who may not be comfortable putting little ones on high-top stools. There are precious few actual tables, and it can get crowded at peak times. Still, it’s Chipotle and I love it. So when I need something tasty, convenient, and filling, this is where I’m heading. When convenience isn’t as important, I’m headed around to corner to La Mexicana for the real deal.

OK Daniel B. we gave the franchise another spin despite the fact our butts and their seats are a mismatch(too hard to perch on across all the ages), and we liked it fine. Admittedly the speed of the serving line makes getting Army chow look like leisurely service, to the point where I was a bit confused about what was going on. But that is both a curse and a blessing, as they say, since there is no line in Chipotle that seems to last more than 57 seconds. Now, as to the food: we used to go to an «authentic» fast-burrito place in California called Papa Chano’s, that was a favorite. They had a somewhat more langorous line, and choices of sizes(small, medium, large) and a few extra amenities(plus of course quesadillas). And not only were the cooks all Mexican, most of the patrons were. It was«authentic» insofar as the American version of the Mexican classics go, for the Burrito/Bowl/Taco spectrum. We enjoyed it quite a bit and it took hardly any time to get the food. But I have to say, Chipotle actually tastes as good(Chicken, Steak) or better(Carnitas, Sofritas) than our favorite old place. This location is, as noted, zippier than Zorro(another modern invention; I digress) and the staff friendly if all somewhat overcaffeinated. Hot House Harry’s up the block still has a better variety of Fake Mexican fast food, but for Almost Nearly Real Mexican fast food, Chipotle as a chain is doing something right. Mandatory one star deduction, however, for this being in the atrocity Mansion Square shopping center, carved by destroying an historical site up into another strip mall. I feel guilty for having patronized another business here, but we’re all pretty complicit in this kind of travesty of modern commerce over collected history.

I dont care for this Chipotle. I ordered online and when I arrived they started ringing me out for a $ 100 order that wasnt mine. Would have been nice if they asked me my name. Then I find out the order I placed was never recieved and I had to place my large order in line like everyone else. Needless to say its embarassing to place a large order for yourself and co-workers when your holding up the line for every other customer thats hungry also. I am not going back to this Chipotle unless I am starving.

«I ordered a chicken burrito bowl to go and when I brought it home to eat I found some pieces that were raw. Ended up throwing it out.»
