Without a doubt, this Dunkin has the friendliest staff in the Capital Region. I actually look forward to my Dunkin stops now, because my Iced Tea is always perfect and there is generally one or two Boston Cremes left, no matter how late in the evening I stop, and it’s always delicious.

I walked in to DD’s at 9:45 om after a Union College hockey game. They were cleaning many of the machines and some of drinks weren’t available. Meanwhile, the staff was patient and helpful as the kids chose what they want to drink an eat. It’s tough to give it a true rating because most of the donuts were sold earlier during the day, but from what we experienced it acts as a typical DD.

Attention food service employees: do not go to work if you are sick! I really do not appreciate someone with a dripping nose fixing my beverage. I pulled into this DD off of Route 5 and the drive-​thru line contained about a dozen cars, so I figured I would pop inside for my drink. Big mistake. There was only one person in front of me and she was only getting a beverage herself, the drive-​thru staff member served half of the line while ‘sicko’ worked on the one beverage. And to top off my disappointment, DD no longer makes White Hot Chocolate, bummer.
