Worst experience, pressured, rushed. Messed up the paper work had to go back resigned everything AGAIN!!! No cars in the lobby, just a bunch of tables that look like a bingo hall, hot, no AC.

Go ahead, try to buy a used car listed on their website as for sale. It isn’t. 7 days of checking the website waiting for more details like price, used the chat function, they knew nothing. (Who are they? They don’t seem to work there?) Finally called and spoke to a sales rep who told me those cars aren’t really for sale, they just list them there so other dealers know they have them for wholesale. No concerns for the regular public who think the car listed as for sale is really for sale.

I received a Hyundai recall notice because of a faulty coil spring that could damage the tire while driving. Hyundai indicated the replacement part was not yet available but owners could have their cars inspected to assess their coil spring condition. I called Fuccillo in Schenectady where I bought the car for an appointment. The woman said that an inspection wouldn’t be necessary because any problem with the coil spring would have been seen when I had my last annual vehicle inspection. I wasn’t confident that that would be uncovered in a routine vehicle inspection and asked for an appointment to come in. Through a haughty attitude, she said she would have to have her manager get back to me.
A gentleman returned my call and, believe it or not, admitted that he didn’t know how to inspect for a faulty coil spring and would have to contact Hyundai headquarters! He has yet to get back to me. Obviously, haughty woman was instructed to just get rid of me with any excuse.
So beware Fuccillo customers, you may find a «huge deal» but you may also find an indifferent service department with absolutely no interest in the safety of your vehicle.
And, oh yes, I called Lia Hyundai in Albany and have an appointment for Monday — no problems!

The worst liars and shysters can be found at this auto dealership. From the big «huge» guy himself, right on down to the receptionists, this dealership simply reeks of deception!
I made the mistake of buying a new car here during the «clunker craze» a few years back, and wish I never had. I definitely got stuck with a lemon, with things literally falling apart off the brand-​new car as early as the day I drove it off their lot. Not only did I have to begin bringing it in to their filthy, disorganized service dept for major repairs just 2 weeks after purchase, but even as things kept breaking down, they refused to acknowledge that I got stuck with a lemon — which the manufacturer would have gladly replaced if these careless people would have taken the time to contact the company and submit all my repair records… but forget it! Once they got my money, these characters wouldn’t do anything for me that didn’t involve a profit for themselves.
After just a few months of bringing this car in for repeated repairs — which, I learned later, were still covered under my 5-​year «bumper to bumper» warranty — these crooks began saying «that’s not covered», and charging me out-​of-​pocket for covered repairs! Although I suspected fraud, it wasn’t until I’d researched and found numerous complaints from other customers that I realized I, too, was being systematically duped by these crooks.

Awful experience! I was fed nothing but lies from them. I still almost got the car just because I needed one, that was until they said the down payment needed doubled after everything was ready to go.

I came in last Saturday for a safety recall fix on my car. I came in ten minutes early for my appointment, and the person at the service desk seemed annoyed. Service took under 30 minutes to complete, and I was told I could pick up my car.
Whoever was in my car left behind a terrible cloud of body odor! I opened all the windows, stopped at a gas station, and bought 3 pine tree deodorants, and still can’t get rid of the funk.
A week later, I still can’t get rid of it! I had to go to the car wash. It cost me $ 125 to get the entire interior detailed just to get rid of the smell. Very, very unclean and unprofessional. I refuse to come back here again, even though I bought my car here. If I could, I would give this place a ZERO.

Had to take my Sonata in for an inspection and software update. Service was fairly quick, despite them being «a little behind». We waited in the front area of the dealership, so I got to view some of them in action.
The salespeople sit at desks lining the walls. When they want to conduct business with someone, they do so at one of the tables in the middle of the room. A nice idea. In theory. But when it’s busy, as they were today, nearly all the tables were occupied and they’re really not that far apart. So, you hear what everyone else is talking about.
One couple was asking the salesman about the difference between the Sonata GLS and the SE. He had no idea, other than the rims and the color of the door handles. Really? You can’t be bothered to know the basic differences between trims of your best-​selling model?
That, coupled with the salesperson testing or playing cell phone games the whole time at their desk, and the two who were carrying on a conversation by shouting across the room, made me happy thy I didn’t have to deal with this place for the purchase of my vehicle. I’ll be looking elsewhere to do the required maintenance.
