Nice Nails

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, I had an appointment at 9:30. I was the only one in the salon besides one other woman who was getting ANC. I sat in the pedicure chair until 10:00 before she even began the pedicure. When she was finishing the pedicure 20 minutes later, I asked if she was going to scrape the dead skin off (as they normally do). She replied and said they don’t do that. When I told her they used to when I’d been there before she said they only do that for people they recognize. My manicure was just as bad, with about 5 coats too many of nail polish and smudged all over the sides. Will never return and would suggest everyone else do the same.

Walk ins are NOT welcome as advertised! The owners wife makes sure that you are made to feel as though you are inconveniencing them if you walk in for service.

I have been going to Nice Nails for the past 4 years. They are a family business who are all so friendly and make you feel at home. The nail salon is very clean and their massage chairs are the best! They give great pedicures and excel in the fancy designs they can do free hand… Now that’s a true talent! I’ve gone to many salons prior and can honestly say there’s no comparison. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

The most horrific nail experience I have ever had. The nail color selections were mainly dark reds, purples and pinks, all of which looked old and settled. I’ve never seen off brand polishes in a salon either, if I’m paying $ 25 for a pedicure I expect opi/​Essie not revlon and others I’ve never heard of before. I was seated in a chair with lukewarm at best water and left there for 15 minutes. As I looked around I noticed that the place was not exactly clean and my tools were already out (were the sanitized?, I’m guessing not.) I should have walked out of the place but I didn’t want to seem rude. When I finally did get somebody to help me they wrapped my feet in towels that had chunks of old nail polish in them… seriously?! The girl rushed through the entire pedicure and I ended up with toes that had polish all over them and rough, unfiled edges. They didn’t even cut or push back the cuticles. I ended up skipping the manicure part and headed right on over to another nail salon where they fixed the botched job and polished my nails to perfection. Skip this place at all costs!

I was looking for a nail salon that had ANC that was close to home. My first time having this done was at a nail salon in Delmar.
Well I’m so glad I tried Nice Nails! Love this nail salon & will continue to go back. My nails look perfect. The staff is very friendly & makes the customers feel very welcome. My son came w/​me (age 6) & they let him sit next to me in a comfy chair… even brought him a freeze pop :-) I highly recommend this nail salon!

My mom and I were walks-​in on a Saturday. The place was hopping but they got us into the pedicures chairs fairly quickly. One woman worked between us until another nail specialist was able to assist. The traditional pedicure included moist heat arp around the feet-​was wonderful! Really enjoyed the experience here and would definitely come back if in the area.
