They act very friendly, helpful and responsive but there are many unexplained and unusually high charges on my bill such as $ 995 for a water heater (conveniently just below the $ 1000 notification limit) and I receive many complaints from the city about code violations. I am having a similar problem with a fallen tree as the previous reviewer, after months it is still lying there.

We just received pictures from the management company that took over after we fired these clowns and found that items we paid them outrageous amounts of money to remove were indeed NEVER removed! They stole our money! I fully intend to sue them. We fired them as a tree fell on our house during a storm and they did nothing about it. We are 2500 miles away and hired them to take care of our house! I have no idea how these creeps stay in business. The amount of money they charged for repairs was rediculous and we found that they added separate items together to get around the notification clause.
