They were prompt in scheduling a salesman to come out. However, it took 10 days for him to get back to me after I called him to follow up several times. On top of that, his «professional estimate» consisted of a poorly written email from his personal address and his estimate for 10 windows was at least TWICE what everyone else quoted me. Their windows and install service might be good, but it can’t be that good, and based on first impressions i wouldn’t expect much.

I can’t say this company takes the cake in bad customer service. I CAN say that they spit in the batter, dropped it on the floor, and still served it.
I have never used their services, and when I emailed them it was in regards to their advertising instead of service. They did not respond to said email, which was fine.
What wasn’t fine was they took my email address and signed it up for email subscriptions. Way to go abusing information.
