Poor customer service and excessive rebate /​loyalty card reliance from the chain do not combine well. Downgrading to two stars relative to an increasingly frustrating category of store. This was exacerbated by the fact I found identical supplies, identical makers, a few minutes later at Walmart for half the price and kicked myself for buying here in the first place. Feh.
