Tower Auto Sales

I had a horrible experience buying a car from this dealership. I test drove the car and noticed a few issues like cracks in the windshield and the sunroof control cover was cracked. Mark was my sales person and he insured me that they would make the repairs before I bought the car. I turned in my leased vehicle to Toyota and went to pick up my new vehicle from Tower Auto. Mark said the codes needed to be reset so he put dealer plates on the vehicle and took my plates. I drove the car for a few days and brought it back to the dealer. The codes didn’t fully clear so they gave me a dealer car which I drove for over a week. I went to get my car and nothing was done. I drove another car for a week with dealer plates. I received a letter from dmv that my license will be suspended. I called Tower and they insured me they would take care of it. I brought the car back and they gave me another dealer car with a temporary tire on it and the engine light on. I drove it for awhile then they gave me another dealer car with no muffler or heat. I then received another notice from DMV suspending my registration and soon my license. Three months later (driving junky cars with dealer plates) my car was able to be inspected and my license plates were on the car. The cracks on the windshield and all the problems they said they would fix were never fixed. The second day, I was pulled over for a suspended registration and license. I called Tower Auto and John answered to tell me he couldn’t help me. I went to DMV and they called Pat who lied to her and said I just bought the car. I had the paperwork so she called him out on the lie. I was sent back to Tower Auto to get the title and paperwork because they never brought it to DMV. I spent the entire day and paid (again) to register the car. As of now, they still won’t fix my vehicle. They know absolutely nothing about vehicles and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had the best car buying experience at Tower Auto. The sales team was extremely helpful and polite, super personable, extremely friendly, and came across like they truly cared about getting me into a good car. Especially coming from lot after lot that was unkempt, unprofessional, and downright creepy, Tower Auto was a complete breath of fresh air. I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima in beautiful condition, and I’m in absolute love with my car. Their warantee is the best you will find in town. The people there will go above and beyond to help you finance whatever you need. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I would recommend this lot to ANYONE looking for a good quality good car! Thanks for everything!
