First off no reviews, okay this place is extremely hard to find. The directions routed us to some alleyway a block from Union street. Not it… After calling several times and already have paid for our deposit I was determined that this would be a good storage unit to keep our things in until we closed on our house. Overall it’s a quiet area and we felt our stuff would be safe. They do require either renters insurance or you purchase their own which was not an issue for us. Prices vary based on location. They are not temperature controlled which was fine and they’re all on the same level, pull up your car and get things out. We came in on January 5 and plan on getting things out by February 5 so we are charged for the month which is nice. No contracts or mandatory stay unlike others. It’s also gated and each person gets their own code to enter. We think this is the best storage unit (location and price was) in the Schenectady/​Rotterdam region.
