Great place, staff is friendly and they have a nice selection of cigars for a smaller tobacco shop/​lounge.

Wow service has really dropped off here. Had to wait at front desk to pay. Manager spent 95% of his time in office sometimes with door closed. Never acknowledged either one of us while he past us back and forth in the smokers lounge. When we left he was no where to be found. Not a thanks for coming in or KMA! We won’t be back. Service sucks. More people came in to use the restroom tan to buy stuff. Sayonara Omni!

Highland, IN
Omni is THE place to relax and smoke cigars. I go there almost every weekend. The lounge area is very comfortable, and the walk-​in humidor is filled with a large and great selection of fine cigars. Sean, the guy that runs the place, is very helpful on giving suggestions and recommending cigars. This shop is also great because it has special events from time to time, where some guy from different cigar companies come in and give special offers to that particular brand of cigars.
