I went in tonight and put a to-go order in with server«Matt» was very impressed with his service. I assume with Togo orders, servers probably dread to take them assuming no tip. Matt gave A+ service and I did not get that feeling at all and jumped at the opportunity to take care of me. Thanks«round the clock» it was my first Togo order and definitely won’t be my last!

Went there for breakfast with family today, worst ever. There’s a reason no one was in the place it was that bad. All three breakfast’s were cold. My bacon was raw and cold and the toast looked like they dunked it in the butter vat. The endless cups of coffee were not. There were 5 waitresses standing around in back of counter not doing anything because there was no business. Trying to get are waitress attention was impossible to let her know bacon and toast and cold food were some problems we were having. She finally came around and then went to table in back of us, were she started to talk about us a a rude way really? This place has really gone downhill, won’t be going back, like alto of other people.

Amazing little place. Great service, really cool options, at a pretty decent price. I really like it. Food was pretty good. Had the chicken panini

After constantly visiting the highland ’round the clock for awhile, I figured this would be just as okay of a visit. Went there with my friend after not being in state for over a year, and was extremely disappointed with the service. Our waitress, Nora, was super rude, and really rushy about our meal. The food came out cold, and the skillet was over cooked. The only person who seemed to not be standing around was the bus boy. Probably won’t go back to this location from such sucky service.

Not the best place but not bad either. Good place to go to get some breakfast on the cheap. They have a breakfast special for $ 3.99 that will fill you up.

Well for some reason I miss the old 90“s Around the Clock before it was remodeled. I mean the food was better and gave more then what they do now.

I ordered buffallo chicken tenders(I am currently sitting here) and first they never refilled my lemonade. Then when they bring me the chicken tenders the sauce is on the side. And they gave me no ranch. :-/

I was in last night and over heard a server refuse to serve chicken wings that she put an order in which called for light sauce. The issue seemed to be that wings were sopped in too much sauce. I listened to the cooks discuss that they would not give her new wings, that it was not their fault. After some back and forth bickering they took them back to the sink and rinsed them off, threw them back in the fryer and then refused to sauce them again until she got the manager involved. Once the manager was involved he told her to serve them(SERIOUSLY?! WHATKINDOFMANAGERDOESTHAT?). She said repeatively that she did not feel right serving them as they had been rinsed and cooked twice(AS I WOULDHOPEANYSERVERWOULDDO). He told her to take them out anyways. You could see the look of defeat on the poor girls face as she knew she was doing something wrong. This is not the first disgusting thing I’ve witnessed with my own ears and eyes. I always sit at the counter and drink coffee, and I see terrible things happen to peoples food. Food dropped on the floor and placed back on the plate, food touched with bare hands, cleaning chemicals sprayed near uncovered prepped food… The list goes on. I would never eat here. Even the coffee is mediocre. I mostly attend to enjoy the presence of my favorite waitesses(Vanessa, Rachael and Sarah), watch the shit show of unprofessionalism from the male night manager, host and a few select servers.

Came in, bought a patty melt with fries. Not very good. Fries were burnt, sandwich dull tasting. Soup old and bland. See photo.

Sadly my friends want to come here from time to time. In my last review we got sick after eating here but there is a chance it wasn’t the meal, so I let my friend know that I was fine with giving it another go. Really it’s the only place other than fast food open late. The waitress we had was young this time and not attentive at all, but still friendly. The food was ok, but I had an Italian beef and the weird thing was that the bun had lines on it, it was crisped on a panini grill. Odd, but still ok. I asked for them not to season my fries and they were much much better!!! Crispier too! What I didn’t like to see— employees standing around doing nothing, having loud conversations(not work appropriate ones) and paying more attention to each other than the guests. We had to hunt down butter for our rolls. My friend got 1ONE drink, no refill… I had 1 drink and 1 refill, the glass was topped off with ice so there was barely any actual soda in it. When she handed us our bill she walked away so fast you would think we had the Ebola virus or something. We didn’t have a second to ask her for one last drink. The other thing I didn’t like– coming here late is a hit or miss. Usually even if the place has several teens(what happened to curfews?) or college kids, or even drunks it can still be a quiet place. What I don’t understand is when the place isn’t very busy and there is the one table talking so loud you can’t hear the person next to you. No one says anything? Why? When I used to come out with our friends when I was younger, the waitresses would tell us to quiet down a bit. We didn’t stick around because I couldn’t think straight with the 3 rude people sitting behind us screaming a conversation to one another.

Round the Clock is an interesting restaurant. It is as beautiful a restaurant as you could hope to see by way of a 24 hour diner, and unlike others I had a very polite waitstaff. Alas, the reason people go to restaurants is primarily for food, and this is where RtC disappoints. I ordered the All Meat Skillet, being a person of a carnivorous bent. The menu describes this meal as «Bacon, Sausage, and Ham with vegetables, melted American cheese and potatoes» What I got was certainly as described, but in the most horrible way. The vegetables were heavily green pepper, which immediately took over the flavor of the skillet in an unexpected and therefore unappealing way. The cheese was just two slices of Kraft type cheese singles, a couple squares which did not melt into my skillet at all leaving my skillet without the delicious cheesy binding agent I have come to love in a meaty skillet. Slathering it in hot sauce rendered it edible, but the texture was lacking. The price was therefore far more than I would have paid for this breakfast had I known it would be prepared in such a way. If you are desiring a delicious breakfast treat, I recommend almost any local drive through window over this restaurant. The food will taste better and your pocket won’t be left as light. This just goes to show that just as you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, a great looking restaurant doesn’t mean well prepared food.

Worst dining experience we’ve ever had. Very poor service. Our waitress got some rude manners. Our orders were served after about 45 minutes and none were done correctly. Eggs weren’t cooked as we wanted, burnt crepes, burnt pancakes and burnt toasts! We asked for them to add strawberries on our banana Nutella crêpe but was served with strawberries only. We asked our server if there were bananas in it and when she returned it to the kitchen, the cook just said that they don’t have bananas anymore. So why would you still serve it? Not sure if they were just thinking that we won’t notice it. Staff were yelling at each other and didn’t really seem to have sense of order. My sister talked to the manager(or someone who seem to be the manager) and mentioned that we really didn’t have a pleasant experience. All he said was«thank you» with a blank expression. My sister told us about his reaction when we already left. If I knew earlier, I would have talked to him again and say we don’t want to pay for anything since it is a waste of money to pay for burnt food and poorly cooked meals. I am really very surprised that there is an establishment like this…

Around The Clock is one of those restaurants that is comfy and cozy. Food is awesome coffee is wonderful and wait staff is amazing. You will never leave this place hungry. My favorite is the pancakes and the malted waffle. My boyfriend’s favorite is the cheeseburger, the french toast and also the pancakes. The hostess knows us by name and always sits us in our favorite spot. The best thing about this restaurant is it’s open 24 hours a day so you could come morning noon and night and enjoy delicious food anytime.

This is an old-looking place with great indoors! We visit them often because of their timings, and location and our limited options. But we’re not a huge fan of their service. At times the order takes long and sometimes it is messed up too. It is really hard to find your waitress to amend things. Their is plenty of seating so you don’t need to wait, but even if food takes long, they could assure customers of the wait time.

You know those places that were sofa king amazing back in high school? Late nights drinking cheap coffee, eating a cheap meal, smoking cheap($ 3.50 a pack) cigarettes and trying to look and act as cool as possible because you’re always waiting for ‘that one girl from so-n-so’s class’ to walk in… Whelp… it ain’t that place anymore. Non-Smoking, everything’s way more expensive and that one girl from so-n-so’s class is now the reason you duck down in your booth. Two people, $ 26.00 + tip. For the love of Chuck Norris! 2 coffee’s 1 Biscuits and Gravy(tasted like paste) with scrambled cheesy eggs. FYI — Cheese is $ 1 extra, who charges A DOLLAR for cheese?! 1 Short Stack of pancakes with eggs and hash browns. Things have really changed in the last ahem… X — XV years. Maybe I’m trying to re-live my wild child years… maybe I put this place on a pedestal… I remember going in with $ 10 in my pocket and it’d cover a full meal AND tip. Now you’d be lucky to get a pop and a burger a la carte for that. But still, it IS Round The Clock. They’ve got a varied menu and you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner at any point in its 24 open hours a day. Service has always been pretty good and the food has always come out pretty quickly, none of this waiting around forever stuff. I don’t LOVE this place so much as I did years back, but I still want to visit once in a while.

I recently went to this restaurant with my mom and a good friend of mine… having gone here before for brunch, I figured the food would be decent. It was and for around $ 10, I got a Panini(turkey & cheese), soup(lemon rice… very good), fries, and choice of dessert… it was very good and filling. My mom had the Pepper Steak special with salad(they served the pepper steak in a big bowl and she ended up taking some of it home), and my friend had the ham and cheese panini with salad as well. Everyone left filled up and satisfied. Great place to go when you don’t know what you want and don’t want to spend a lot of money.
