Don’t go to this Sears very often but, it’s a great store. I went in to exchange a broken Craftsman Pick Ax… I was taking out a stump… A tree stump. Long story short I busted the handle off and in doing so whacked myself in the groin… Here’s the skinny: Location is kinda eh… Craftsman Exchanges are EASY Staff is rockin’ and really friendly Hella Clean inside Here’s the fat: It’s off Indianapolis Blvd. you can see it really easily but, you’ve gotta get off and go through a smaller street to get to it. then navigate an S turn and a shared lot. Not terrible but, inconvenient nonetheless. When I went in to exchange my pick ax all they said was(paraphrasing) «Just leave the busted one here and pick out a new one» 25 or 30 minutes later I had a brand spankin’ new pick ax with a fiberglass handle and bigger head(That’s what she said!) along with like 5 more items. I was a bit worried that’d I’d have to pay extra for the exchange BECAUSE it was bigger and better but, nope! the did a bit of scanning and Sears magic… presto change-o, new pick ax. Real quick about the employees– they’re really helpful and know their stuff. ‘Nuff said. As far as cleanliness goes, this place id pretty spotless for an appliance and hardware store. Floors are nice, shelves are neat and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The employees are all pretty well groomed too. I know that there’s the big Home Depot and Menards near by but, why go to someplace HUGE when you really only need one or two things? Check-out is a snap… #SYOY
